Bentonville, Arkansas
The county of Benton was established in 1836. Later, the town of Bentonville was established as the county seat. Both the town and the county were named in honor of Missouri Senator, Thomas Hart Benton. Benton was the great uncle to the famous painter, Thomas Hart Benton. Bentonville is the home of Wal-Mart and J.B. Hunt.
